The second method is to manually transfer a WordPress site:

To do this, you need to copy all the site files from the root directory using an FTP client (e.g., FileZilla) and make a backup of the MySQL database by importing it into phpMyAdmin. If you have multiple MySQL databases and are unsure which one to copy, you can check the “config.php” file to see which database is connected to your site.

Next, create a new database, username, and password on the new hosting. Update the “config.php” file in your copied site files with the new database details, and then upload the files to the new hosting using FTP.
